At Touche Prive International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is unworn and in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
